MOTIVATION

My participation in the design team was a cornerstone of my undergraduate experience, allowing me to apply classroom theory in a practical setting. It offered an invaluable opportunity to develop hands-on engineering skills while collaborating with a diverse team. It was an honor to be recognized as the first female technical director in the team’s history.
